Hello lovelies!
I’m taking a little break from creating, creating, creating, to take a fancy lil trip to Germany for the Berlin Porn Film Festival this week, one of my favorite events of all time. Why do I love it so much? It’s multi-fold… first of all, the festival is solid, so well put together and organized so that the people who come just get to sit back, relax, have fun, and watch really incredible porn.
Secondly, the porn they pick is incredible! I’m not just saying that because they pick mine (heh heh) – I mean, they really pick incredible films. This year I’m super, super excited to see Tristan Taormino’s Rough Sex 2 starring some of my friends, Curse of MacBeth made by my dear friend Madison Young, or Doing It Ourselves: The Transwomen Porn Project, made by Tobi Hill-Meyer whom I deeply respect and adore!
A third reason I love this festival? Last year, it gave me a really, really, really good reason to film Roulette Berlin – I mean, I was there to screen No Fauxxx Roulette anyways, why not show them how it’s made by making one right in their own town? Berlin totally got the No Fauxxx/Courtney Trouble treatment that week… but I also got the Berlin treatment. Truth be told, we’re a perfect match.
And finally, I just honestly LOVE Berlin. I have tons of friends there, including Walter and Nikolaj – famous for their engagement AND wedding porn scenes in No Fauxxx Roulette and Roulette Berlin, as well as tons of non-porn friends. And of course I’ll get to see porn star friends Judy Minx and Madison Young while I’m there, and most liekly meet my next muse, as always seems to happen when I’m in that crazy, beautiful, European queer mecca.
While I’m there, they’ll be screening Seven Minutes in Heaven 3: Fuck Yeah, Roulette Dirty South – and of course, Roulette BERLIN!
