Payments and Refunds
All payments made to TROUBLEfilms are nonrefundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for partially used subscription periods. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. We may, at our sole discretion and for any reason, offer refunds, discounts, or other forms of compensation (“credits”) to some or all of our subscribers. The amount, form, and decision to provide such credits are entirely at our discretion. The issuance of credits in any specific instance does not guarantee or entitle you to receive credits in similar situations in the future, nor does it create any obligation on our part to provide credits again under any circumstances. This policy does not override any legal right you may have to a refund under applicable law.
Chargebacks
We take all chargeback requests seriously and thoroughly investigate each one. Submitting unjustified chargeback requests to your payment card provider is a breach of this agreement, and you will be held responsible for the consequences. During the review of any excessive or potentially fraudulent chargebacks, we may restrict your ability to make additional purchases. If we determine that a chargeback request is fraudulent or was made in bad faith, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your current subscription and any future subscriptions you may purchase.
For further questions, please contact your TROUBLEfilms billing merchant, Verotel or SegPay (coming soon)
Billing and Cancellation
All fees for the Service, along with any additional charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service (including taxes and potential transaction fees), will be charged to your payment method on the same date as your original purchase. The length of your billing cycle depends on the subscription type you selected when signing up. Once payment is made, fees are fully earned. Your payment date may vary in certain situations, such as if your payment method fails to process, if you change your subscription plan, or if your paid subscription began on a day that does not exist in a particular month. We may authorize your payment method in advance for subscription or service-related charges, which may include authorizing it for up to one month of service at the time of registration.
To use the Service, you must provide one or more valid payment methods. By doing so, you authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account if your primary payment method is declined or otherwise unavailable. You are responsible for any unpaid amounts. If a payment is not successfully processed due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not cancel your subscription, we may suspend your access to the Service until we successfully charge a valid payment method. Some payment methods may incur additional fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other processing-related charges. Please check with your payment method provider for further details.
We may update your payment method using information provided by your payment service providers. Following any updates, you authorize us to continue charging the updated payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, please visit your billing merchant for TROUBLEfilms, Verotel or SegPay (coming soon). Upon cancellation, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and the prices of our services. However, any changes to your subscription plan or pricing will not take effect until at least 30 days after we notify you in writing. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect.
If you believe there has been an error in the charges to your payment method, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving the billing statement where the error first appeared. Failure to notify us within this period constitutes a waiver of any disputed charges. Please submit any billing disputes in writing to info@troublefilms.com, including a detailed description of the nature and amount of the disputed charges. We will correct any billing errors and apply any necessary adjustments or credits to your future payments.
